Crispy Chicken “Fingers”

Ingredients:

● 500 g of chicken fillet


● 1st century French toast (preferably big)


● 0.5 century kefir


● 3rd century l. sesame seeds

● 2 cloves of garlic


● 2 hours. l. ground sweet paprika


● salt, pepper – to taste

The preparation:

1. Beat the chicken fillet the back side of the knife and cut into long pieces 2-3 cm thick.
2. Mix breadcrackers, sesame seeds, paprika, salt and pepper.
3. Crush garlic in pasta and mix with kefir.
4. Dip each piece of chicken fillet in kefir, then roll in the breading mixture. Fry in a pan in heated vegetable oil until golden crust.
5. Serve hot with sauces and fresh vegetables.
