Fortunately, there’s a simple solution that can make your clothes look like new again! Several very cheap ingredients can help get rid of the yellow stains. The best thing is that every stay-at-home mom definitely has them in her kitchen. So here is what you need to do.

How to remove sweat stains from your clothes

Method 1

Ingredients
1 cup vinegar;
1/2 cup baking soda;
1 tablespoon salt;
1 tablespoon hydrogen peroxide.

Directions
1. Soak the shirt in a bowl filled with the vinegar and two cups of warm water for 20 minutes.
2. Mix together the baking soda, salt, and hydrogen peroxide until it forms a paste. Take the shirt out of the vinegar water and squeeze until the shirt is damp.
3. Coat the stains with the mixture. Let sit for at least 20 minutes.
4. Wash the shirt as usual. Voila! You got rid of the yellow stains.

Method 2

Ingredients
soap;
hydrogen peroxide;
baking soda;
scrubbing toothbrush.

Directions
1. Coat the sweat stains with the soap.
2. Sprinkle a good amount of baking soda on top – enough to make a thick paste with just those two ingredients. Gently massage it around using a toothbrush.
3. Then, add the peroxide and let it sit for a few minutes bubbling.
4. Put the shirt in the laundry for a normal wash cycle.
