The youngest member of the royal family has arrived! Kensington Palace announced Monday that Kate Middleton gave birth to a baby boy on April 23.
This is the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s third child. Prince William and Kate have a four-year-old boy, Prince George, and a two-year-old girl, Princess Charlotte.
Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge was safely delivered of a son at 1101hrs.
The baby weighs 8lbs 7oz.
The Duke of Cambridge was present for the birth.
Her Royal Highness and her child are both doing well.
The baby boy’s name has yet to be announced.
Though they never released her exact due date, Kensington Palace confirmed the news that Kate was pregnant back in September via press release.
