FORGET ombre hair, eyelashes are now getting the dip dye treatment – and we’re really not sure what to make of it.
The semi-permanent, multicoloured lashes are sweeping social media, and they’d probably attract a few odd glances on the school run.
They’re the brainchild of a salon called The Joanna Keller Boutique in Vancouver, Canada.
And it essentially looks like you’ve carefully coated the ends of your lashes with a bright mascara.
Make-up artist Kelseyanna Fitzpatrick has been Joanna’s ‘muse’ for the look.
She’s been been rocking a range of individual eyelash extensions with black bases and coloured tips on Instagram – and the pics have racked up hundreds of likes.
Joanna told Allure she likes to arrange the lashes across the line, from light to dark, to create an ombre look.
She’s offering a range of colours – from the bright pinks, blues, greens and yellows you can see in these pics, to coral, purple and red.
They all have a black base, and are applied with glue like any other individual lash extensions.
