Do you ever struggle to juggle rolling your suitcase while attempting to take a phone call or slurp coffee?
Well never fear, as one inventor has designed a gadget that allows you to wheel a case using your torso so you can keep both hands free.
Omar Abass from Columbus, Ohio, said he came up with the idea for his RetraStrap in 2013 during a long trip to Europe and now he has raised more than £15,000 to bring his design ideas to life via Kickstarter.
The device attaches to the handle of your luggage case with a Velcro loop and an extendable strap is fixed around your torso in a similar position to a seat belt.
Mr Abass said along with finding it difficult to multi-task, he was also suffering from pain in his shoulder blade, neck and upper back from constantly pulling a carry-on case with a twisted arm.
After years of innovation, the keen traveller finally came up with his RetraStrap design.
He said along with making it easier to pull a bag, it will help forgetful travellers who might leave their case somewhere.
It could also act as an anti-theft device and stop bags from tipping over while on a bus or train.
Commenting on his finished product, Mr Abass said: ‘The hands-free carry-on strap will make your travel much easier, relaxing, and more enjoyable.
‘Having that extra hand while travelling is definitely a significant help, whether you want to reach to your pocket, carry your passport, phone, computer, coffee, breakfast or hold your loved one’s hand.
‘Not to mention, it is less likely that you might forget your bag somewhere and get it confiscated.
‘Our RetraStrap can be used by anybody, irrespective of shape, size and height. You can adjust it easily to fit your specific body size and layers of clothing.’
Mr Abass plans to sell the RetraStrap for $34.99, with worldwide shipping available.
