Yep, beauty brand Benefit’s just-launched new eyebrow experience lets you ‘try on’ different brow shapes, styles and shades so you can see exactly what works best on your face.
To give the Brow Try-On Experience a go, all you have to do is visit the Benefit website and upload a photo of yourself looking straight at the camera (a selfie will do).
Then, have a play around with the 15 different eyebrow styles on offer – you can then customise everything from the thickness and arches to the definition and placement – and watch your face transform in live 3D from multiple angles.
Genius, right?
Explaining the technology, Parham Aarabi, the CEO of ModiFace – who partnered with Benefit to create the app – said in a release: ‘To date, eyebrow hair has been one of the toughest facial components to render in AR.
‘Benefit’s Brow Try-On Experience uses Next Generation Brow Transformation Technology to actually detect and replicate each user’s unique hair.’
And, of course, if you love what you see, you can then book an appointment to recreate the look in real life.
