The designer rumored to be the favorite to create Meghan Markle’s wedding dress has submitted her designs for a sexy, figure-hugging gown after an official request from the palace, the Daily Mail reports.
While the British Royal Family typically go for more traditional, modest designs – such as Kate Middleton’s A-line dress, Inbal Dror’s designs feature a slinky white dress, with long sleeves and a plunging neckline.
The first sketch, obtained by TMZ, by Dror, an Israeli designer with a penchant for racy silhouettes, shows a sexy long gown, with puffed shoulders and a neckline slashed to the waist.
The decolletage is covered with ruffled, high-necked lace which also peeks out at the wrists and at the ankles.
The fishtail style hugs the curves in all the right places, before finally flicking out to create a dramatic train behind, while the sketch was topped off with what appears to be a wide brimmed hat.
Dror had signed the design ‘For Meghan Markle, with love Inbal Dror.’
The second sketch appears to be the back of the same dress. It reveals the detailing running along the back, which tapers down to buttons on the close-fitted rear, and sweeps out behind her in an elegant lace train.
The third drawing shows a slightly different design, one that on more familiar ground for the royals.
