Fiona the hippo, the Only Real Hero of 2017, is back on her usual shenanigans — being hella adorable and making me want to give birth to a hippo. This time she’s smooching a little girl through the glass at the Cincinnati Zoo and my HEART CAN’T HANDLE IT.
And when you’re done celebrating Fiona and all of her accomplishments vis-á-vis being the only thing left to live for, you might consider throwing a few dollars to hippo conservation. Hippos are considered vulnerable in the world, and we need to protect them so there are Fionas around until the end of time. In fact, that’s the only living being I want left. Let the hippos have their turn!
