Kate Moss stars in a new series of three short Saint Laurent films, to showcase the spring/summer 2018 collection.
The dreamlike black-and-white videos were art directed by the fashion house’s creative director, Anthony Vaccarello, and shot against the backdrop of the Modernist Villa Malaparte in Capri.
The Sixties-influenced films, which were inspired by “the nefarious charm: of Jean-Luc Godard movies,” aim to show Moss in “an atmosphere reminiscent of the French Nouvelle Vague,” explains a brand spokesperson.
The first of the three films, above, sees Moss wearing two of the fashion house’s key new-season products, fringed boots and an oversized fur coat, as she boards a helicopter over the see.
