And on Monday, the reality star’s surrogate was spotted running errands in a California suburb, the Daily Mail reports.
Kim and husband Kanye West are expecting a baby girl due ‘before Christmas, according to US Weekly.
The woman kept it simple in cropped blue leggings, adding a Nike top and coordinating sandals.
Kim had the baby shower last week for her daughter.
The KKW Beauty founder however did not reportedly invite the surrogate to the shower, which she explained why to The Real.
The businesswoman revealed the baby news when she posted a clip of season 14 of Keeping Up With The Kardashians on her Instagram in September.
The clip featured a confirmation that she’s expecting baby number three via surrogate.
At the very end of the video, Kim is shown FaceTiming with sister Khloe as she queries: ‘What happens every time I say “guess what?”‘
The 33-year-old younger sibling replies: ‘You’re either pregnant or a person is pregnant.’
Then Kim jubilantly declares: ‘We’re having a baby!’
