As if the reappearance of the Nokia 3310 and BlackBerry earlier this year weren’t enough, Samsung has decided to go a bit retro with its latest phone.
The terribly-named-but-actually-quite-nice-to-look-at SM-G9298 (confusingly, it’s also called the “Leader 8”) has two 4.2-inch high definition screens; one on the outside and one on the inside. The whole phone is made from aviation-grade aluminium and comes in a sleek black and gold finish.
And people around the internet have been showing some appreciation for this early-noughties throwback.
The South Korean company hasn’t revealed how much its new gadget will cost but, sadly, it’s unlikely to be sold outside of the East Asia market where flip phones are still used heavily.
