The first trailer for Angelina Jolie‘s new Netflix film First They Killed My Father has arrived, justjared.com has reported.
The film follows the story of Cambodian author and human rights activist Loung Ung as she recounts the horrors she suffered under the rule of the deadly Khmer Rouge regime, which ended up murdering a quarter of the population.
Angelina and Loung Ung wrote the script together and Angelina also acted as director.
The movie debuts on Netflix on September 15.
