While female orgasms are wonderful, sometimes getting there can be the hardest part.
A study published in the Journal of Sex & Marital Therapy found that 80% of women cannot orgasm from penetrative sex alone.
The poll asked 1,000 women between the ages of 18 and 94 and the majority said they cannot climax without clitoral stimulation.
So what’s the solution? Here are three ways to help her to orgasm:
1. Switch up the positions
Every woman is unique and so is the way she gets to orgasm. Some positions may feel better for her while some may not.
Girl on top and doggy style are both great for deep penetration, so when she’s on top, make sure to put added focus on her erogenous zones like her nipples and clitoris – the same during doggy.
2. Try a blended orgasm
A blended orgasm is achieved via a combination of clitoral and vaginal stimulation.
However, it can also describe the sensation of having multiple erogenous zones stimulated at the same time, such as the G-Spot, the A-Spot, nipples and even anal stimulation.
The best way to do this is using your fingers on her clitoris during sex.
3. Focus on the pre-show
So often we like to skip straight to the main event, but let’s not forget about the first act.
For women, foreplay is highly important in terms of turning her on and getting her in the mood. Think a lot of kissing, touching – you know the drill. The more turned on she is, the easier it will be to climax from sex alone.
