Step 1: Grab an angled eyeliner brush and your handy eye-shadow palette and choose a color trio.
Step 2: Spritz the end of the brush with water and load up on the lightest of the three shadows. Apply it to the inner part of your lash line.
Step 3: Next, run the mid color along the center of your lash line.
