She wrote: “First of all your diet needs to be on point and you need to eat A LOT. The only way to put on muscle mass is a surplus of kcal (calories). “The second thing is a proper workout plan and now you can easily access the booty guide that I put together to help you guys achieve a bubble butt.”Marta, who lives in San Diego, USA, told Popsugar that it took her a year and a half to transform her bum, by working out six times-a-week.She added that she was eating just 1,800 calories-a-day before, and chows down on 2,200 cals-a-day now.Earlier this month, she posted a before-and-after shot revealing how she had gained 2st 7lb since hitting the gym – having battled eating disorders in the past.Marta, whose big bum rivals even these stars, added: “I’ve came a long way.
