Enrique Iglesias and Anna Kournikova have been intensely private about their new twins, but in a new video posted on Instagram, they provided a quick look at how cute one of their babies is. Those cheeks!
Iglesias shared a video on Instagram Sunday that shows the first-time father kissing his little girl, Lucy, on the cheek with the caption “can’t get enough of my sunshine.” In January, the pop star revealed that “Sunshine” is the nickname he and Kournikova use for both Lucy and her twin brother Nicholas. (Enrique doesn’t share which twin is in this insanely cute video but both E! News and Entertainment Tonight report it’s Lucy.)
In the cute clip above, Enrique whispers to Lucy, “I love you.” He then jokes that the three-month-old wants him to stop the PDA, saying, “No, dad. Don’t kiss me so much.” Lucy will certainly be saying that in 10 to 15 years when her dad is just so embarrassing, but for now it’s all good.
While Enrique was sitting on the couch of what appears to be a residential home, a reflection on the television beside him shows a person rocking another baby back and forth. Perhaps it was Kournikova and her “sunshine” Nicholas?
Kournikova and Iglesias both became parents for the first time when the twins were born December 16 in Miami. The births shocked fans worldwide because no one even knew Kournikova was pregnant.
However, Enrique’s mother, Isabel Preysler, told Hola! magazine in late December 2017 that the secretive pregnancy was not intentional.”Anna has not had to hide herself,” Preysler said. “She leads a very simple life and is a homebody.”
Enrique doting over his little girl would also not come as a surprise to his mother, who said her son is embracing fatherhood and is “extraordinarily happy in these moments.” Judging from the video above, it shows!
