It’s pretty much guaranteed that your microwave dish is going to be loaded with extra salt. This can lead to water retention, which results in bloating and a “swollen” appearance.


ENERGY DRINKS
Energy drinks are full of sugar and acid, and this combination is brutal for your teeth: it can (and will) damage them and make them more susceptible to stains.


DEEP-FRIED FAST FOOD
Many restaurants and almost all fast food joints use corn oil to fry their food. Unfortunately, corn oil is one of the most unhealthy options possible: it releases free radicals in your body that can have a number of negative effects on your health and well-being, including upping your odds of increased and premature wrinkles.


BACON AND SAUSAGE
Free radicals can also enter your body via processed meat products, especially culprits such as bacon and sausage. Definitely avoid these foods if you want that young and youthful look to stay!
