CHEESE
Cheese contains hormones called xenoestrogens, which have a negative impact on sexual desire. Not to mention that some cheese smell quite strongly, leaving you with breath that may repulse, instead of attract, your partner.

CABBAGE
Cabbage, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts…they’re all part of the same family, and they’re all responsible for causing flatulence. The last thing you want on a date-night is gas, so be sure to stay away from these delicious and nutritious (yet totally counterproductive!) vegetables.

MINT
Even though fresh mint is delicious, helps digestion and freshens breath, it actually has a negative impact on your libido!

WINE
When consumed without moderation, red wine can cause erectile problems. So avoid drinking too much red wine or alcohol in general, during a romantic night with your partner!

FATTY FOODS
Burgers, fries, bacon….these types of foods are high in fat and a definite no-go if you want to keep your libido in shape. Not only do they leave you feeling heavy, bloated and sluggish, they’re also bad for your heart and cholesterol levels.

SOY
Soy is rich in nutrients and contains lots of vitamins. But it should be eaten in moderation if you want to be at your best.

LICORICE
Licorice is a root that can be commonly found in candy. It is capable of lowering testosterone levels, making it something your man should definitely avoid!

QUININE
Quinine is an analgesic and can be found in certain sodas and soft drinks, like tonic water for example. It should be avoided before a romantic evening because it’s liable to give you a bit of a stomach ache!

CORNFLAKES
If you’re feeling frisky in the morning, be sure to avoid eating cornflakes. Due to their high sugar content, they’re not a good choice for breakfast. Instead, opt for a slice of toast and some orange juice to keep your energy levels up in the morning.

GARLIC
This one goes without saying! Though garlic is delicious and great for your health, it has a disastrous result on your breath! So put the garlic bread away next time you’re planning a special night.
