Rita Ora has a lot going on – she’s promoting her new song Anywhere, she’s working as a designer with Adidas and she’s set to launch her new album in 2018.

Yet the 26-year-old stunner, who worked her curves in a sexy Poison Ivy outfit at the KISS House Party Live, still makes time to maintain her jaw-dropping figure.

Back in January, the superstar revealed she had seen a doctor for weekly blood tests to determine what she should be eating, based on her blood results and external factors such as how much sleep she’s getting and how much she’s travelling.

The former X Factor judge, who has amassed most than 12 million followers on Instagram, said the set diet gives her a lot more energy to workout.

“I have so much more energy, and I really feel better on this plan,” she told Shape.

“This past year, I’ve really been on my game by eating right and going to the gym. As a result, I’m focused now, and I get a lot more done.”

The singer loves exercise, but stresses she works out to get healthier, not skinnier.

“I love my shape because it’s curvy. I have thighs. I’m a size 28 in jeans. And that’s an average, normal size. I’m proud that I’m normal,” she said.

“Don’t be obsessed with being thin. You just have to be fit, healthy, and strong.”

So what does the star eat in a day to stay in shape?

Rita steers clear of bread and sugar, but says her diet plan allows her to eat quite a lot while she’s exercising.

She generally eats a healthy diet, but admits she’s a “sucker for wine and cheese”.

This is what her average daily diet looks like:

Breakfast

In the morning she tends to eat two boiled eggs, asparagus and half a cup of muesli with almond milk.

Lunch

Her normal lunch consists of chicken or fish with vegetables

Dinner

Six to eight ounces of fish with vegetables and half a potato.

What does Rita’s exercise regime look like?

You don’t get a body like Rita’s without putting in the legwork and the singer’s workout regime proves that.

Rita has recently been sweating it out at Notting Hill’s Bodyism Club doing a combination of boxing and interval training drills, according to the Mail Online.

The high-intensity intermittent exercise (HIIT) is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.

This type of exercise can help you continue to burn fat for between 24 and 48 hours after exercising. Some research even claims that three minutes of HIIT is as effective as half an hour at the gym.

Rita also loves circuit training and works out for one or two hours, depending on how much free time she has.

The bootylicious babe says she mainly focusses on her thighs and glutes and does a lot of squats and weightlifting.
